What are the cards printed on?
- Each card is printed on high-quality, Wausau, Royal Fiber, 80 lb card stock and measures 5 x 7. Perfect size for fitting into a standard sized picture frame!
What method of payment?
- PayPal will process your payment, allowing you to use most major credit cards.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
- Most orders are filled and shipped within two business days of receiving your order, via United States Postal Service.
Are there restrictions to where you will ship?
- We cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
We do not accept orders from the following U.S. Territories: American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
All orders going to Canada and Mexico are shipped via USPS International at a flat shipping rate of $19.95.
What is your return policy?
- All sales are final.
Pazione will replace any cards that are damaged in shipping, at no cost to you. Return damaged cards to the PO Box listed below, within 14 days of delivery.

How do I cancel an order?
- If you would like to cancel or change an order that you’ve just placed, email us at info@pazione.com within 24 hours of placing order. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled.

- Your privacy is important to us. Pazione will not sell or exchange email addresses, telephone numbers or mailing addresses to any third party. We will not disclose any personal information about you to any third party unless required to do so by law.
On occasion, we may send you information by email, but only if you are a customer or specifically asked to be added to our emailing list. We will always give you the opportunity to be removed from our emailing list.

- Cards with color are $4.25 each
Black and White are $3.50 each
Shipping and handling are additional cost. Postage is determined by order’s weight.
Sales tax is additional where applicable.
